If you received an item as described and in good condition but you still want to return it, we will be happy to provide a refund for it as long as we receive in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the item and the initial packaging and postage charge is not refundable. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and a refund will then be issued.
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described on the website
Provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, if goods are established to be faulty, received damaged or you have simply not received what you ordered, then we will either exchange them or we will collect them and provide a full refund at no extra cost to you.
